  • LOADMASTER Stoplight System

The stoplight system is supplied with a simple switch and can be optionally interfaced with your GSE indicator to provide automated traffic control. The switch becomes an "override" in the case of an automated system.

A typical example of automated traffic control goes as follows:
    1. [SCALE EMPTY] - Green-ON (Red-OFF) - Remains in this state as long as the indicator senses a Zero Balance condition.
    2. [TRUCK ON SCALE] - Red-ON (Green-OFF) - Activated when a truck pulls on the scale and will remain in this state until the operator prints the truck weight.
    3. [WEIGHMENT COMPLETE] - Green-ON (Red-OFF) - Activated when the truck weight is printed and will remain in this state until the truck starts to pull off (weight on indicator is dropping).
    4. [WAIT FOR ZERO BALANCE] - Red-ON (Green-OFF) - Activated as the truck is pulling off (weight starts to drop) and will remain in this state (preventing any queued trucks from pulling on the scale) until Zero Balance is achieved. Return to Step 1.
